Red Rock HR Ltd. is giving back to the local business community with its 2026 HR Advice Lottery. One small business or nonprofit will be selected to receive 2 hours of HR support per month for a year, delivered remotely by experienced HR professionals. This annual support package includes personalized guidance in areas such as employee relations, policy development, HR compliance, and more - designed to help you strengthen your people practices and focus on what you do best.

What's Included:

- Up to 2 hours of HR support each month (24 hours over the year)

- Over $3,360 in professional HR services — provided at no cost

- Customized support based on your organization’s needs, including employee relations, compliance, policy development, and general HR guidance

- Remote delivery via phone, email, or Zoom for maximum flexibility

Eligible organizations must:

- Have at least 3 employees

- Be a small business or nonprofit

- Not currently be a Red Rock HR client

The applicant must agree to:

- Provide your organizational logo for use in promotional materials (e.g., "Proudly supported by Red Rock HR Ltd.")

- Offer feedback and a testimonial on the usefulness of the services by the end of the year

- Complete onboarding like a regular client to ensure personalized and full advice and support services customized to your organization
