Pillar & Stone is a private networking and connection group designed for women in leadership, business ownership, and executive roles who are seeking meaningful connection beyond traditional networking environments.

Membership is invitation-based to maintain a strong, aligned group dynamic. Individuals can join by invitation, referral from a current member, or by applying through the Red Rock HR website. All applications and referrals are reviewed to ensure fit and group alignment.
