A new look for Cypress County is coming

Cypress County Council has approved a new organizational brand and directed administration to move forward with its implementation across the organization.

DUNMORE, Alta. – A new chapter for Cypress County is about to be revealed.

Cypress County Council has approved a new organizational brand and directed administration to move forward with its implementation across the organization.

The new brand, including Cypress County’s updated logo and visual identity, will be officially unveiled on Sept. 18, 2026, during the Site Link Forum economic development conference. Register for the event before the September 2nd deadline here.

The rebrand is intended to reflect Cypress County today while creating a strong, modern identity that can carry the organization into the future. It will provide a consistent look and feel across County communications, signage, facilities, vehicles and other materials as implementation progresses.

For now, the details are staying under wraps.

“We’re excited to share this next chapter for Cypress County,” said Mayor Dan Hamilton. “A lot of thought has gone into creating a brand that reflects who we are, where we’ve come from and where we’re headed. September 18 will be the first opportunity for the public to see it.”

Following the unveiling, the new brand will be introduced gradually across the organization as existing materials and assets are updated.

Mark your calendars for September 18 — a new look for Cypress County is on the way.
