Psychology - Health Care Counselling
I have a particular interest in supporting caregivers and those who care for family members or loved ones.
Caregiving can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be demanding. You may be balancing caregiving responsibilities with work, relationships, parenting, and your own needs. Over time, this can contribute to stress, emotional exhaustion, guilt, grief, frustration, or a sense that there is simply no time left for yourself.
Counselling can provide a place where you get to be the person being supported.
Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, strengthen coping strategies, work on boundaries and self-care, and make space for the emotions that can accompany caregiving. You do not have to wait until you are completely overwhelmed before seeking support.
