Impact Applications helps innovative Canadian companies secure non-dilutive grant funding through full-service grant management, including strategy, research, application writing, submission, reporting, and compliance. Clients average $334,132 secured, with a 94% approval rate.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Small and mid-sized businesses across Alberta and Canada — including here in southeast Alberta — in manufacturing, agriculture and agtech, clean energy, technology, deep tech, housing, and industrial sectors. Most clients come to us knowing government funding exists but not which programs they qualify for or how to make a competitive case.
PROGRAMS WE WORK IN
SR&ED (Scientific Research and Experimental Development tax credits), NRC IRAP, Alberta Innovates, Emissions Reduction Alberta's Strategic Energy Management for Industry (SEMI), AgriInnovate, the Regional Tariff Response Initiative (RTRI), CanExport SMEs, and the Alberta Export Expansion Program. For businesses hiring students or early-career staff, we also work in the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) and Canada Summer Jobs. We build stacking strategies that combine federal and provincial programs on the same project, within program stacking limits.
HOW IT WORKS
We start with an eligibility assessment to identify which programs fit your business and your timeline. From there we handle program matching, technical and financial narrative writing, business plan and pitch deck creation, financial modelling, submission, and post-approval claims and reporting. You stay focused on the work; we manage the paperwork, deadlines, and compliance.
